The Mediterranean

The school is European, but essentially Mediterranean. The rediscovery of the Mediterranean Sea as a natural enviroment of coexistence should be based on the recognition of our common philosophical heritage. We should all make an effort to develop good neighbourly relations, following the proposals of the Euromediterranean Conference of Barcelona 1995 , relaunched by Italy, France, Portugal and Spain. Rome October 2004 . The cooperation between governments must necessarily include the sufficient elements for a business-economic development of all the Mediterranean countries and be conceived to bring about a good society; the training activities that we wish to organise should be a good way to achieve this. The revolution that the World, and the Mediterranean in particular, needs today is the revolution of knowledge.
