CP Carga - Logística e Transportes Ferroviários de Mercadorias S.A was brought to life on the second of August, 2009. It´s sole shareholder is the CP Train de Portugal EPE. It´s operations are mainly based in the Iberian Peninsula, but their prospect stretch out throughout the European continent.

The Fundación de los Ferrrocariles Españoles (Spanish Railway Foundation) is entrusted with the recovery, custody and dissemination of historical, cultural, scientific and technological rail heritage. SNCF - Société Nationale des Chemins de fer Français
The Société Nationale des Chemins de fer Français (French National Railway Company) was established in 1937. Throughout the years it served as the main connector of French cities and regions, managing to connect London and Paris in only 3 hours in recent years, as well as running other international services in the North of the country through its Thalys trains. In 2005 the SNCF went over a reconstruction of its logo and business approaches, and begun to look towards the establishment of a worldwide supply chain management. It was through this that the European Short Sea Network (ESN) was created - in order to reinforce their individual actions. The School Náutica Infante D. Henrique is a public polytechnic school under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Higher Education of Portugal. Located in Paço de Arcos, the Nautical School is now the heart of modern complex of nautical studies. It is the only national school in Portugal dedicated to the training of Merchant Navy Officers and senior management officers of the port and maritime sectors in the areas of Intermodality, Management and Logistics.
