From the 16th to the 19th of July, a group of 37 students from the EAE Business School participated in the course MOST (Motorways of the Sea Training) Management. The course, organised by the Escola Europea de Short Sea Shipping (2E3S.eu), took place on board of a Grimaldi Ro-Pax vessel on the crossing between Barcelona and Civitavecchia (Rome).
This was the last MOST Management course of 2016 first season, before the beginning of the professional courses that will be launched after the summer holidays. From the beginning of 2016 up to now, the Escola has already carried out seven MOST Management courses, with more than 400 training students coming from Spain, France, Belgium and from various countries of Latin America (Peru, Mexico, Colombia, Salvador, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Argentina, Uruguay, Panama, Dominican Republic and Ecuador).
The MOST courses are the most famous courses of the Escola. They provide training in intermodal logistics, short sea shipping services, the Motorways of the Sea, transport technologies, as well as the European Union’s environmental policies on transport. These courses have an eminently practical approach, combining classes, workshops, visits and a case study. As outstanding feature, they are carried out where the services and operations take place, which enables the students to have a more real and direct perception and facilitates the learning process.
